SMS to request information from various government departments anytime…
Customers can begin a communication with the Government Departments by inquiring
information on their services by sending an SMS with a keyword* and parameters
to 4488 and receive an instant response to their inquiry.

How do I use the service?
STEP 1: Identify the information required. Type on
your mobile, the keyword and parameters for the service.
STEP 2: Send the message to 4488. (Check the
keyword of the service along with the parameters and consider the space in
between then send it to 4488)
STEP 3: Receive information on your mobile in real
time.
